Mediating Effect of Job Satisfaction on the Relationship Between Work Engagement and Individual Work Performance Among Public School Teachers

The purpose of the study is to examine mediation effect job satisfaction on relationship between work engagement and individual performance. data collected used a survey questionnaire sample 311 public school teachers in North South Districts Kiblawan, Davao del Sur. researcher administered questionnaires using 5-point Likert scale.
