Mediating Effect of Job Satisfaction on the Relationship Between Work Engagement and Individual Work Performance Among Public School Teachers

The purpose of the study is to examine mediation effect job satisfaction on relationship between work engagement and individual performance. data collected used a survey questionnaire sample 311 public school teachers in North South Districts Kiblawan, Davao del Sur. researcher administered questionnaires using 5-point Likert scale. In statistical analysis, was mediating variable, identified as independent performance dependent variable. Path Analysis establish relationships among variables. Results showed that are positively correlated, connection significant. Similarly, have positive causal relationship, association also Likewise, significant correlated. Findings revealed partially mediates Such 48.8% overall influence appears be mediated by satisfaction. remaining 51.2% seems either direct or factors not included model.
